What is the cancellation policy?

Do you accept payments via QR code?
Unfortunately, no. We do not accept payments via QR code at this time.
However, payments can be made via cash and credit card.
May I make a reservation on behalf of another guest?
Yes, we accept reservations made on behalf of another guest.
However, you must inform our staff of the following when making your reservation:
1) The main guest's Full Name, and
2) Contact Information (Email or Telephone).
Is tax included in the Accommodation Rates?
Yes. All accommodation rates include a 10% consumption tax (incl. sales tax, VAT, excise duty, etc.) and service fees.

I am travelling with a large group. Do you have rooms to accommodate larger groups?
Yes. If you are interested in reserving several rooms, or making a group reservation, please contact our staff directly via telephone or email. We'll ensure that your reservation process is hassle-free.
I am traveling with children. Do you have rooms suitable for families?
Yes. We recommend reserving our connecting rooms, rooms with kitchens, or suite rooms which include multiple bedrooms.
In addition, we allow up to 2 children (5 years of age and younger) to stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult. Please contact our staff for more information.
Can more than the maximum number of guests stay in a room?
Due to the Japanese Fire Service Act issued by the Kanazawa City government, we are unable to accept more than the maximum number of adult guests indicated under each room.

May I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. Please contact our staff directly if you would like to make any changes to your reservation.
Please note that changes in your reservation may result in a difference in your accommodation fee.


May we store our suitcases/luggage before our room check-in?
Yes. Stop by our front desk once your arrive in Kanazawa, and we will store your luggage while you explore the city. Luggage storage is also available after your check-out time.

Room Check-out: ~11:00AM

Above are our standard check-in and check-out times at our accommodation. However, depending on your reserved room plan, we may offer early check in and late check out times. Please check your confirmation email for more details.
Can I check-out after 11:00AM?
Unless your reserved room plan indicates otherwise, checking out past our standard check-out time of 11:00AM will result in an additional fee.

- Any check-out time between 11:00AM~2:00PM will result in an additional fee of 1,000 yen/per hour.
- Any check-out time after 2:00PM will result in a fee equivalent to another 1-night stay at eph KANAZAWA hotel (accommodation).
What room amenities do you provide?
All eph KANAZAWA hotel guests will receive the following amenities:
Bathroom Amenities: toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, body towel, cotton set, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Complimentary Drinks: Original Drip Coffee, Water Bottle, Green Tea.

Do you provide pajamas and towels?
All guests will be provided with hand towels, body towels, and a yukata (Japanese-style pajama). If you need additional towels during your stay, please inform our front desk staff.
Is breakfast included?
Guests who would like to order breakfast during their stay, please make a reservation for our 'Breakfast-Included' plan, or contact our guest services team to add breakfast to your reservation.

Do you have parking at eph KANAZAWA hotel?
Yes. eph KANAZAWA hotel has 2 private car parking spaces located a short walk from the accommodation. The parking fee will be 1,000 yen/per day, and use of this car park will require reservations in advance. Please contact our staff in advance to confirm availability, and to make a car park reservation. Should the car park be fully reserved on your specified date, our staff will provide you with information regarding nearby coin parking lots available for use during your stay.
